Principles of pressure dosage and neurophysiology
Physiological effects of manual therapy
Therapist ergonomics and biomechanical efficiency
Prone position upper body application
Demonstration and supervised practice

Day 2: Lower Body and Hip Integration
Gluteal and posterior chain application
Hamstrings and quadriceps work
Hip mobilisation within physiological range
Assisted stretching integration
Demonstration and supervised practice

Day 3: Supine Work and Integration
Supine lower limb application
Hip flexor and anterior chain work
Chest, upper limb and cervical integration
Movement reassessment and practical exchange
Final review and certificate presentation

Felipe Luz is an international massage educator and manual therapist based in Spain. His training includes professional education across multiple countries in Europe and Latin America, as well as certification in Thailand.
He has received international recognition through competitive achievement, including medals in Serbia and Spain and a bronze medal at the World Massage Championship in Copenhagen.

Should I bring a model?
No, practice is among the participants.
What should I bring?
Two large towels, one small towel (30 × 40 cm), one sheet, neutral oil and an oil holder or belt. If you can’t bring something, let us know.
