About Me

I have been working in massage since 2018. Before that, I was a personal trainer, and I think that explains quite a lot about how I teach: I am interested in the body in movement.

I have studied in Brazil, Ireland, England, Spain, France, Turkey, and Thailand. Over 2,000 hours across Thai massage, deep tissue, sports massage, joint mobilisation, and stretching. In Chiang Mai I qualified as a teacher through the ONG Thai Massage School, recognised by the Thai Ministry of Public Health, the Ministry of Education, and the Thai Healing Alliance.

More about me

I spend my life investigating how the body moves. I try things, measure them, try again, and every so often I discard something I had taken for granted for years.

My method brings together tradition, biomechanics, anatomy, and a good deal of my own experimentation. The better I understand the nervous system, the deeper I can work using less effort.

Hundreds of therapists from different countries are already applying it.

International Recognition

I started competing in 2025. A year later I was already being invited to judge: the World Massage Federation and the International Massage Association have called on me as a judge in international competitions, and the IMA recognised me as one of the most outstanding figures in massage at a global level.

My work as a trainer

I dedicate most of my time to training other therapists. I teach courses at my school in Torremolinos and in other cities across Spain, and I have taught in Alemania, Argentina, Brasil, Costa Rica, Chipre, Curazao and Grecia.

In 2025, the Spa at Hotel SO/ Sotogrande, a five-star resort, hired me to train their team in traditional Thai massage. That same year, the Junta de Castilla-La Mancha invited me as the first Thai massage teacher to train a group of instructors.

What I aim for in every course: that you leave with technique your clients will notice from the very first day, that you can raise your rates without hesitation, and that you can keep working pain-free twenty years from now.

Deep Tissue in Movement

It's my method, and it's what I teach most.

I work in constant movement. My hands, my weight, and the client's body move at the same time, and that's where the fluidity that characterises my sessions comes from. Assisted movement, stretching, myofascial release, and joint mobilisation on the table, all integrated into the same session.

That fluidity does two things: it completely transforms what the client feels on the table, and it allows you to work deeper without straining your thumbs or your back.

It's built on principles of neurophysiology, anatomy, and physiology, and has earned me awards at international championships. It holds APENB certification.

Thai Massage

Thai massage is the root of my work and the source of my inspiration. Many of the techniques I teach were born from it, combined with my creativity and everything I have learnt in other countries. Across 5 trips to Thailand, I have studied at 5 schools and with 10 teachers.

Massage Rates

I offer my own massage methodology, based on scientific literature, creativity and intuition. All sessions are tailored to each client's individual needs, in a personalised way.

I don't offer the typical spa massage!
