Join the training

Sound familiar?

You press with everything you've got and your client asks for more. You finish the session with your thumbs burning. And the next day they message you to say they're stiff again.

When that happens, there’s almost always room in how you’re integrating pressure with movement. Here you’ll learn to combine structured deep tissue with joint mobilisation and assisted stretching, grounded in functional anatomy and in what we currently understand about the nervous system.

You'll leave with better control of your pressure, using less force to get more.

What my students say

"What impressed me the most is how quickly the results appeared in my own practice. From the very first day after the training, my clients were surprised by how much relief they felt even after a single session."

Irene Marathefti, Massage Therapist, Cyprus

Who is it for…?

Professionals who already work with the body and wish to evolve in their practice.

Massage therapists and manual therapists seeking a structured integration of deep tissue, joint mobilisation, and stretching.

Bodywork professionals: yoga and Pilates teachers, personal trainers and physiotherapists, who wish to better understand manual application and tissue response.

Course Benefits

Pressure as dosage

You learn to choose the intensity according to the tissue response, what the client tolerates, and the session objective. With oil, on a treatment table.

Therapist ergonomics

Working with body weight and gravity rather than force. Less strain on thumbs, wrists, and shoulders, and a longer career.

Joint mobilisation within the physiological range

Integrating joint mobility into the session, without impulse and within the normal range of each joint.

Comprehensive safety framework

Contraindications, interruption criteria, hygiene, and professional boundaries of manual therapy.

Up-to-date scientific basis

Material with scientific references: systematic reviews and meta-analyses on pressure, stretching, and nervous system response.

Meet your instructor

I'm Felipe Luz. I teach from my school in Torremolinos, and I've trained therapists in Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Curaçao and Greece. I qualified as a teacher in Thailand, and I compete and judge at international massage championships.

Over these days I'll be correcting your technique and your ergonomics, one manoeuvre at a time. What I want is for you to leave working better, and to still be able to do this in twenty years.

APENB certification included.
